     They note the habitat for this species is streams and rivers, it was collected at 2195m on 13 July. Quote from page 451: "Anderson (1976) reported this species as having a flight period from late March through September in Oregon. Roemhild (1982) found this species rare in alpine streams of Montana." They list this species as present in Gunnison county.
